Since 2008, Sarah has offered trauma-sensitive yoga, meditation, and breath practices that are focused on safety, functional movement and secure connection.  Each time we come to our mats we find the ineffable practice welcoming us back.

May light shine out of the two eyes of you, like a candle set in the window of a house, bidding the wanderer come in out of the storm.
